He has worked in markets across Western, Central and Eastern Europe as well as Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Kris has worked with both front-line and support functions such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and Technology in all of the organisations he has been employed by.

A fully owned subsidiary of a food and beverage MNC and market leader. Headquartered in Singapore, the division operates in c. 15 countries, has 50+ plants and employs more than 30,000 employees.
The Challenge

Ren Advisory was tasked with sourcing, assessing and helping close four senior roles for the subsidiary. Following a robust talent search, Ren Advisory was able to provide long lists of candidates for each of the four senior roles. For some of these roles, Ren Advisory also carried out a thorough assessment of internal candidates – thereby providing benchmarks v/s external candidates.
The Outcome
All four senior roles were closed within four months of Ren Advisory being retained. Additionally, as a result of Ren Advisory’s cost-effective solution, the cost per hire was significantly lower than using traditional headhunters and resulted in savings of 35-40% of typical headhunting fees.
